Administration and Human Resources Service

The Administration and Human Resources Service is responsible for ensuring that all administrative operations of Frederick University are performed according to its Rules and Regulations. This involves putting together strategies covering all aspects of our employees, as well as providing day-to-day support to Faculties and Directorates and maintaining an efficient and well updated archive system.

The other key function of the service is to manage all (administrative and academic) human resources of the organization. Human Resources are responsible for providing advice and guidance on organizational development, recruitment and promotion of staff, payroll and pensions, and staff health and welfare.
