Frederick University Cyprus is organised in Schools each of which comprises a number of Departments. The Departments are responsible for offering the various academic programs of the University and schools oversee the operations of the departments.

Each School is headed by the School Dean and the Deputy Dean, both of which are elected by an electorate of faculty members, special teaching staff and students.

Comprises three Departments. Established as the leading school for applied arts in the region

School of Education
One of the oldest schools of the university. Focuses on earlier education cycles as well as education management

School of Engineering and Applied Sciences
The largest school of the university, offering a wide variety of programs of study

School of Economic Sciences and Adminisrtation
Comprises three Departments.

School of Health Sciences
A newly established school comprising two departments.

School of Humanities and Social Sciences
Comprises two Departments and focuses on the provision of specialized programs of study, unique in the local educational system
