Learning Outcomes of the course unit	By the end of the course, the students should be able to: To further understand the necessity of acquiring teaching and managerial skills in order to perform his / her job successfully. To further develop the necessary skills that will help him/her to organize and run successfully a class. To be fully aware of classroom and school environment and be engaged in duties and responsibilities other than those in classroom. To further develop the necessary skills in preparing a scheme of a lesson which he/she should apply in teaching.
