Course Contents | Studio Art progresses from monochrome toward a full colour spectrum, developing skills of paint handling, colour mixing, composition and use of sculpture materials. Individual expression and concepts are encouraged. Abstract, conceptual and realistic approaches are used allowing the individual to explore his/her own needs. Emphasis on the development of analytical, research and methodological skills, critical thinking and working processes, which promote experimentation. Emphasis on development of concept, creative means, in depth research and appropriate associations to critical issues and ideas. Final products should reflect on interesting thinking process, aesthetic values and intelligent creative language. | ||||||||
