Operations & Infrastructure Service

The Operations & Infrastructure Service is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate facilities and resources are in place and functioning appropriately to enable the smooth running of the University functions.

The Operations and Infrastructure Service has four offices. The Library is responsible for maintaining and providing all academic resources and repositories of the university to both staff and students, including electronic resources and services. The Information Systems Office is responsible to design, develop and support all infrastructure and services related to information systems including networking and computing facilities, centralized computing services and user support. The Facilities Office is responsible to ensure that all buildings, laboratories, offices, classrooms and common spaces that the university uses are in appropriate condition. The Academic Operations Office is responsible for the timetabling of the university and the report development on academic operations.
