Administration Service

The Administration Service is responsible for the overall administration of the university. In addition, the Administration Service has the overall responsibility to coordinate with other Services to ensure that the university is appropriately functioning. It comprises three offices, in addition to the maintenance of the University Archive.

The Planning and Development Office focuses on ensuring that appropriate preparation and coordination of administrative tasks to implement the plans and directives approved by the university supreme bodies. The Human Resources Office is responsible to address any administration issues related to university personnel, including contracts, recruitment and layoffs, training and staff development, promotion and career development processes. In relation to academic personnel, HR collaborates closely with academic management. The Administration Service also includes the Health & Safety Office, which is responsible for developing and implementing adequate health and safety policies and procedures to ensure that all people and university resources are appropriately protected.
