Dr. Stylianos Erodotou is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology and Social Sciences at the Frederick University of Cyprus, where he has been a faculty member, since 2007. He is lecturing at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is also lecturing at the School of Business and Law and at the School of Health Sciences as well. He currently teaches Courses in Sociology, Philosophy and in other Social Sciences. His research interests are the subjects of Globalization, Religion/Orthodox Christianity and the social and ethical problems in Postmodern Society. He has two Monographs and many other publications in scientific yearbooks and journals related to these subjects. Dr. Erodotou graduated from the Academy of Social Sciences and Public Management (Sofia, Bulgaria) receiving a BA and an MA in Social and Political Sciences with major in Philosophy. He continued his studies at the University of Sofia “St. Kliment Ohridski”, and received a PhD in Philosophical and Social Sciences. He also has work experience in the youth movement and in the labor movement of Cyprus (organizational, theoretical and further educational activity).
