Short CV

I am lawyer specialized in business law. I have participated in litigations Europe-wide. I am interested in solving the cases out of court, since usually this serves best the interest of the clients. I have participated in negotiations, arbitrations and mediations around Europe regarding mainly business and labor issues. I work mainly on advising corporate clients on several issues that arise, regarding commerce, labor, tax matters. I am an L.L.M. graduate in business law (London Guildhall). I finished my PhD in 2014, which refers to the Greek mediation law. I have participated in many seminars as a presenter/lecturer and as participant regarding mainly mediation and out of court settlement of disputes. I have written several articles regarding mediation and generally Alternative Dispute Resolution. I wrote a book on the Greek mediation law which was recently published in Greece and Cyprus and I also participated in a collective publishing work regarding the recent changes in the Greek procedural law. I teach mediation law at the e-learning program of the Athens Law School and I am also a visiting professor at the law dpt of Frederick University in Cyprus.
