Dr. Marios Constantinides holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the Department of Education of Frederick University. He completed his bachelor studies in National and Kapodistrian University of Athens studying Education and graduating with honours. He holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and School Improvement from the University of Manchester. He is also a holder of a second degree in Marketing and Communication from Athens University of Economics and Business (ex. ASOEE). Since 2021 he has been working as a Collaborative Teaching Staff teaching at the MA master program Education Administration in Distance Learning, at the Education Department in the school of Education and Social Sciences, at Frederick University. At the same time, he works as a primary teacher in Public schools. His research interests include the study of Effective Conflict Management by the Principal: Conflict Management among teachers, Preventing and resolving Conflict situations by the Principal, Sources and Causes of Conflict in Schools. In this context, effectiveness of educational administration and leadership as well as school effectiveness. He has taken part in scientific conferences inside and outside Cyprus.
