Dr. Stylianos Pourgoures obtained his PhD in Business, Entertainment and Cultural Management from The University of Sheffield with his research focusing on the night-time entertainment market. He has previously served as a research associate focusing on digital music consumption and piracy, as a tutor for MSc Creative and Cultural Industries Management teaching Cultural Marketing and Creative Brands Management, and as an international marketing manager in shipping. He currently serves as an academic in a number of University institutions focusing strongly on the development of practical knowledge in the fields of Marketing and Management, while also engaging with non-profit arts organisations as a business and marketing associate.
