Konstantia Spyriadou holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Leadership (Hellenic Open University), a M.A. in Gender Studies (University of the Aegean), a M.M. and B.A. in Music Studies (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing (Eastern Macedonia and Thrace Institute of Technology) and a Diploma of Piano (Panarmonium Conservatoire of Athens). She has published many scientific articles and also the book: The Social Status of Women in the Greek Rebetiko Songs of the Interwar Period (1922-1940), which belongs to the library catalog of General Secretariat for Gender Equality (Greece). Moreover, the webpage of the European Institute for Gender Equality presents her book (https://bit.ly/2QmhkPJ). She is currently a Music Teacher in Greek Primary Education. She also works as a Collaborating Academic Staff at the Distance Learning program in Education Administration offered by the Educational Sciences Department, School of Educational and Social Sciences at Frederick University. Her research interests are: Leader Identity, Social Identity, Professional Identity, Gender Identity, Teachers’ Professional Development, Organizational Behavior and Social Inequalities.
