Paraskevas Nikolaou is a graduate of the School of Rural and Surveying Engineering (SRSE) of the Faculty of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh). Moreover, he obtained an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Direction of Construction and Transport Management) and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a Thesis title “Regional Spatio-Temporal Explanatory Modelling of Macroscopic Transportation Information for Supporting Decision-Making Processes”. In the last 5 years, he has been participating in various research and publication activities and he has also worked on several research projects in transportation engineering. His research interests include but are not limited to the following topics: Road Safety, Freight Mobility, Transportation Engineering.
