Frederick University announces the opening of applications for PhD programs across all Schools, for the academic year 2025–2026. For the PhD Program in Education Sciences, applications are accepted until May 16, 2025. For all other doctoral programs, the deadline is September 15, 2025.

Admission Criteria

Applicants must hold a recognized Master's degree in a relevant field and demonstrate a very good command of the English language.

• Two (2) Letters of Recommendation
• Statement of Research Interests and Career Goals
• Copies of academic degrees and transcripts
• Short Curriculum Vitae
