Company Law is one of the most diverse and rapidly evolving fields of law. In the modern formulation of economic and social life, companies, as business entities, show great interest but also create many, complex problems. Among the subjects that the students will cover in this course are definition, characteristics and importance of associations and company law; personal and limited liability companies; rights and obligations of the companies; power of management and representation; dormant company; minority interest; increase and decrease of capital; dissolution and liquidation.
