Course Contents | Introduction to research: Theoretical approaches and methodology.
Methods of research: Experiment, Survey, Anthropological and rhetorical research.
Public opinions and opinion polls: The interrelated relationship between research and the public opinion. The opinion polls: characteristics, objectivity, advantages and limitations.
Questionnaires: Creating a questionnaire: The structure of questionnaires, different types of questions.
Research sample: Various methods for selecting the research sample.
Collecting data: Various ways of gathering and analysing data.
Presentation of the findings: Various ways of presenting and comment the findings of a research.
Analysis of opinion polls: Critical analysis of opinion polls. Historical examples. | ||||||||

Planned learning activities and teaching methods | This course is delivered to the students by means of lectures conducted with the help of computer presentations.
