Learning Outcomes of the course unitBy the end of the course, the students should be able to:
  1. Describe the importance of planning, organizing and executing a timetable for a scientific assignment.
  2. Have the ability to think critically regarding issues concern in each part of a scientific assignment.
  3. Recognise possibly barriers during the writing of a scientific assignment.
  4. Form the results in a scientific assignments, combined with literature.
  5. Describe different methods of exploring literature and identifying useful material for their assignments.
  6. Identify plagarism and Being aware of how to use references.

Course Contents

 

Methods of structuring an assignment.

 

Development of critical way of thinking and creating arguments for each part of an assignment.

 

Identifying useful data in literature review and know how to use it in an assingment.

 

Design and Writing of Scientific Assignment (Title, Presentation, Assignment structure, Problem to be searched, Aim and study significance, Research Questions, Literature Review, Timetable).

 

References and Data Identification (Models of Data, Data sources, Data collection).
