  1. Recognize and analyze the basic principles and functions of Control, quality and ISO in relation to social services.
  2. Develop skills for application of this knowledge to social services.
  3. Acquire skills in applying methods and techniques of work methods, models of management and human resources.
  4. Identify needs and specifications in use of control, quality and ISO in social sector
  5. Using control, quality and ISO as work and office tools standards.
