Management Theories: Development of management theories. International theoretical management frame of Nursing Services, Leadership.

Nursing Management: Organisational systems and management of Nursing service. Programming in Nursing management. Organisation of Nursing services – methods, communication – evaluation – control in Nursing management.

Staff development, continuous education, systems of work, teaching, decision taking in nursing management. Concepts of planning: allocation, philosophy, aims and management plans. Staffing and programming

Management of human resources: Motivation. Communication. Conflicts resolution.

Decision making: Decentralisation and participation process of decision-making and problem solving.

Budgeting: Basic knowledge on estimates budgeting. Recommendation based on production.

Quality management: Performance evaluation. Quality assurance.
