| | Learning Outcomes of the course unit | By the end of the course, the students should be able to:- Recognize the theory of pain and identify types and characteristics of pain
- Assess the care needs of patients with acute and chronic pain and provide appropriate nursing care to patients with acute and chronic pain
- Explain the pathophysiology, classification and spread modes of tumors
- Assess the care needs and provide appropriate nursing care to patients undergoing chemotherapy
- Describe the basic principles of radiation protection, they evaluate the care needs of patients subjected to radiotherapy and provide appropriate nursing care
- Possess the right skills for the organization and coordination of laboratory and paraclinical examinations of patients with disorders Kidney, sensory organs, nervous, Kalyptiriou, musculoskeletal, and immune - lymphatic system disorders, sexually transmitted diseases and neoplasms
- Recognize the nursing responsibilities related to the organization and coordination of the diagnostic test for patients with disorders Kidney, sensory organs, nervous, Kalyptiriou, musculoskeletal, and immune - lymphatic system disorders, sexually transmitted diseases and neoplasms
