| Learning Outcomes of the course unit | By the end of the course, the students should be able to:- Describe the whole structure of the organizational framework (administrative / functional procedures, programs / services, cooperation with colleagues/ staff)
- Develop professional relationship, apply social work principles / values and illustrate the profession’s scientific meaning
- Consistency in assignment completion and delivery (full completion of diary, day log, interviews) and also in keeping working hours and presence at the organization
- Develop further the ability to collect and assess data inferring more to cognitive assessment and to research planning
- Identify individual / group / community difficulties and selectively originate plans of interventions with high risk cases
- Generate interviews, develop social history and socio- economic reports applying specialized intervention methods and intervention plans for individuals, groups and communities
- Integrate with colleagues and personnel in meetings when needed during fieldwork
- Develop initiatives and skills for applying interventions and making assessment
