Course Contents | · The characteristics of the Biomedical and Biopsychosocial Health Model. · The social workers’ role in primary and secondary Health Structures at all levels of intervention. · The social workers’ role in assessment, planning and intervention with the patients and their families at all levels of intervention. · The skills of the social worker in case management, delivering services Counseling with the patients and their families · The theoretical views about Community Mental Health and Community Psychiatry, where the therapeutic team, including the social worker, work for the treatment and the rehabilitation of the mental patient. · The skills of the social worker for the psychosocial rehabilitation of the mental patient. | ||||||||
