Course Contents |
- Human resources management in an organization and staff administration. - Staff evaluation and methods of evaluation. - Identifying education needs for different groups of professionals - Interventions in various problems/obstacles raised in workplace, both in personal and group level - Social workers’ supervision and methods of supervision - Abilities and techniques required for social workers in order to adopt a managerial position.
