MBA 530 Management Information Systems
The course provides students with a deep understanding of the importance and impact information systems have in organizations. It examines the use of information systems in supporting managerial decisions and specifically the use of modern Enterprise Systems for enabling fast and accurate operations and strategies. The course also investigates the use of emerging technologies and the incorporation of e-commerce in organizations. Finally, ways of managing risks in the design and implementation of information systems are addressed.
