MBA 513: Marketing Principles
This course aims to develop students’ understanding of the fundamental functions of marketing, as well as the critical role of marketing in today’s complex business environment. The concepts of market segmentation and targeting are identified, and emphasis is given on using marketing strategies for differentiation and positioning for competitive advantage. The importance of developing a compelling value proposition through the development of the right product, at the right price and place, through appropriate communication activities is emphasised.
