Symeon (Simos) Nikolaou received the BSECE degree from National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Athens, Greece, in 2003, the MS and PhD degrees from Georgia Institute of Technology (GaTech,) Atlanta, Georgia, USA in 2005 and 2007 respectively, all in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Since 2007 he is a Lecturer with the Electrical Engineering Department, at Frederick University, teaching courses related to Wireless Communications and Electromagnetic Applications. His research interests include, UWB antennas, Reconfigurable Antennas, RFIDs and Sensors, Inkjet printing on Organic Materials, printed Multi Wall CNTs for Green Electronics, and RF power scavenging.
