Learning Outcomes of the course unit	By the end of the course, the students should be able to: To understand that a teacher must have teaching and managerial skills in order to perform his job successfully. To develop the necessary skills in order to be able to organize and manage successfully a class and a school. To be aware of classroom and school environment and how he/she can manage them in order to run a class successfully. To develop the necessary skills in order to prepare a scheme of a lesson which he/she should apply in teaching. To prepare a project concerning the school and classroom environment, the duties and responsibilities of a teacher, and the criteria of a good teaching.
