The primary goal is to prepare postgraduate students for a distinguished professional career, adapted to the demands of the modern digital era. Thus, the program aims to position its graduates as high-ranking members of law firms, legal support staff for businesses and organizations, corporate executives, public sector officials, and regulatory authorities, as well as to train personnel already occupying such positions.

Additionally, it provides foundational and sufficient skills for employment in international and European organizations, both on a permanent and internship basis, particularly in critical roles such as the European Commission's Directorate-General for Digital Services and the European Data Protection Board.

The admission criteria are set out in the General Student Regulations and the Frederick University Regulations.

- A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent international qualification from recognized university or relevant academic qualification (e.g. Political Science, International and European Studies)

- Prospective students without a legal background who are admitted to the program are required to attend the introductory course "Introduction to Fundamental Legal Concepts and Legal Methodology". Successful completion of this course constitutes a prerequisite for further enrollment in the Program.

- In addition, a very good command of Greek and English is highly important. Evidence of satisfactory knowledge of English (TOEFL, IELTS, GCSE, IGCSE and Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English or equivalent may be considered an advantage).

Prospective students are expected to submit their application and all relevant supporting documents, including copies of their diplomas, detailed transcripts, two letters of recommendation from professors or supervisors in the workplace and a statement of research interests. Whenever the Programme Committee deems it necessary, applicants may be invited for an interview.

The transfer of credits from other academic institutions complies with the regulations for academic credit in effect at Frederick University.

There are also specific regulations and procedures for the registration of graduates in professional associations and the recognition of degrees and higher education credentials as defined by the Cyprus Council for the Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications (named KY.S.A.T.S.) and the Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Center (Greek DOATAP).

The duration of the master's program is set at three (3) semesters for full-time study. Completion of the program requires 90 ECTS. The program is offered over three (3) semesters, with each semester corresponding to 30 ECTS.
