Andreas Constantinou has an MSc degree in Maritime Safety Administration. He served as Officer and Master Mariner in the Greek Merchant Marine for over 10 years. Also, as Senior Surveyor of the Cyprus Merchant Shipping Department for over 30 years. He has been teaching at the Department of Maritime Transport and Commerce, School of Business and Law, Frederick University, Cyprus, since its inception.
