Dr Vasiliki Polymeropoulou holds a PhD in Educational Administration and Evaluation from the University of Thessaly, a M.A. in Theory of Education and Curriculum from the Open University of Cyprus, a M.Ed. in Educational Administration from the University of Thessaly and a BA in History and Archeology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has been working as a teacher in Upper Secondary Education in Greece since 2005 and she has administrative experience due to holding a position of responsibility as the head of secondary education educational issues. Results from her research have been presented in a national and international conferences and have been published in peer-reviewed journals. Her research interests are related to the fields of educational leadership, educational evaluation and assessment, educational effectiveness and improvement. She currently works at the Department of Education at Frederick University as Collaborative Academic Staff.
