Ο Δρ. Ιωάννης Νούλης κατέχει M.Sc με τίτλο «Μαθηματικά στην Εκπαίδευση – Διδακτική των Μαθηματικών» του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (ΠΤΔΕ) και Phd στη Διδακτική των Μαθηματικών από το Πανεπιστήμιο Αιγαίου (Τμήμα Προσχολικής Αγωγής και Εκπαιδευτικού Σχεδιασμού) με τίτλο διατριβής: «Η διερεύνηση της πολλαπλασιαστικής σκέψης παιδιών με Σύνδρομο Asperger». Έχει δημοσιεύσεις σε περιοδικά και συνέδρια στον ελλαδικό και διεθνή χώρο. Τα ερευνητικά του ενδιαφέροντα αφορούν την εκπαίδευση των Μαθηματικών για μαθητές με Ειδικές Εκπαιδευτικές Ανάγκες και τις Μαθησιακές Δυσκολίες στα Μαθηματικά. Είναι συνεργαζόμενο ερευνητικό μέλος στο Εργαστήριο Μαθησιακής Τεχνολογίας και Διδακτικής Μηχανικής (Learning Technology and Educational Engineering) του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου (ΤΕΠΑΕΣ), μέλος της συντακτικής ομάδας του περιοδικού «Ο μικρός Ευκλείδης» της Ελληνικής Μαθηματικής Εταιρείας, μέλος της Ένωσης Ερευνητών Διδακτικής των Μαθηματικών, μέλος του Ελληνικού Συλλόγου για το Σύνδρομο Asperger, Εκπαιδευτικός Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, Διευθυντής του 7ου Δημοτικού Σχολείου Δάφνης και του Κοινωνικού Φροντιστηρίου Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης του Δήμου Δάφνης Υμηττού.

Dr. Ioannis Noulis is a Collaborative Academic Staff in the Department of Education, at Frederick University. He holds a master’s degree in “Mathematics in Education - Mathematics Instruction”, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Furthermore, he completed his PhD, in Mathematics Instruction, at University of the Aigaio (Department of Preschool Education and Educational Planning) with the thesis “The investigation of the proliferative thinking of children with Asperger's Syndrome". Following that, Dr. Ioannis Noulis has published several researches on journals and conferences (Greek and International). Specifically, his research interests focus on Teaching Mathematics to students with Special Educational Needs, as well as, Learning Difficulties in Mathematics. He is a collaborative research member at the Learning Technology and Educational Engineering Laboratory of the Aegean University (TEPAES) as well as a member of the editorial team of the journal "The Little Euclid" of the Hellenic Mathematical Society and a member of the Teaching Researchers of the Hellenic Association for Asperger Syndrome. At the same time, he is a Primary Education Teacher and Director of the 7th Elementary School of Daphne and of the Primary Education Social tutoring school of the Municipality of Daphne, Ymittos.
