Registration of Continuing Students for Fall 2026 Courses

Dear Students

Welcome back to Frederick University and to the new academic year 2026–2027!

Ahead of the start of the new academic year, we would like to remind all continuing students of the steps they need to follow to complete their course registration and enrol in classes for the Fall 2026 semester in a timely manner, before classes begin on Monday, October 5, 2026.

Registration Period

Please refer to Step 2 below to view the exact days and times your Academic Advisor and Department will be available for course registration.


Step 1: Activate your Fall 2026 semester

To activate your Fall 2026 semester and be able to register for courses, you must first settle any outstanding balance (if applicable) and make the required prepayment toward your first tuition installment, in accordance with your agreed payment plan.

Your account statement has been sent to you electronically by the University’s Finance Office.

For information on how to make a payment, please scroll to the bottom of this page to view the available Payment Methods.

Please note that your Fall 2026 semester will be activated on the day following the date on which your tuition payment is made. Once your semester has been activated, you will receive an email confirmation and will be able to proceed with your course registration.

Step 2: Meeting with Your Academic Advisor and Course Registration

Meetings with your Academic Advisor for course registration and completion of the Course Registration Form will take place from Monday, September 21 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, according to the campus-specific schedules below.

If you do not know who your Academic Advisor is, you can find their details on the Extranet Studies Portal, through the Status tab.

Step 3: Accept Your Courses Through Extranet

After completing your course registration, you must accept your registered courses through the Extranet Studies Portal. Once you have accepted your courses, you will be able to view your class timetable.

Step 4: Beginning of Classes and Academic Calendar

You are ready for another semester!

Classes for the Fall 2026 semester begin on Monday, October 5, 2026.

Do not forget to always refer to the Academic Calendar for important dates and deadlines.

Important: Please help us identify your payment promptly and activate your student account as quickly as possible. When making your payment, please make sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Your University registration number or student ID number

 

If payment cannot be made through the above methods, you may visit the University Cashier’s Office during its operating hours, 08:30-16:30, and pay by cash or credit card.

 

Please note that you will be able to register for courses on the day following the date on which your tuition payment is made.
