Event dedicated to Multiple Sclerosis organized by the Department of Pharmacy

The University's Department of Pharmacy is organising an Information Day entitled “Multiple Sclerosis: Modern Therapies and Holistic Patient Care”, on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, from 17:00 to 20:00, at Frederick University, Nicosia campus.

The event will be held at the “Tassos Papadopoulos” Amphitheatre (7 Yianni Frederickou Str., Pallouriotissa, New Wing, 1st floor), with the support of the Cyprus Multiple Sclerosis Association.

Healthcare professionals from various specialties will address the disease from multiple perspectives, covering topics related to diagnosis, therapeutic options, nursing care, physiotherapy, as well as important aspects of living with the disease, such as family planning and quality of life.

A key feature of the event is the presentation of a patient’s personal experience, which is expected to add a meaningful and human dimension to the discussion.
