On January 29th, we had the honor of welcoming the Ambassador of Austria, Susanne Bachfischer, and Eleni Angastiniotou, Press and Cultural Affairs officer, to discuss future collaborations in the field of higher education and research. 

Ms Natassa Frederickou, President of the University Council, Prof. George Demosthenous, Rector of the University, and Prof. Andreas Poullikkas, faculty member of the School of Engineering, met with the Ambassador and engaged in a productive exchange of ideas, discussing future opportunities.

We are excited about the potential partnerships and the opportunity to strengthen ties between Austria and Cyprus in the fields of higher education and innovation.
