Overview
The PFM [Photography. Film+Media. Lab] of the Department of Arts & Communication at Frederick University, brings together academics, practitioners, and theorists in a multi-disciplinary research platform in the fields of photography, film and media studies.
Lab members engage in experimental and collaborative artistic projects, research programs, and workshops which investigate the complex theoretical and artistic methodologies employed in film and photography. In partnership with national, regional and international institutions, foundations, museums and research centers, PFM Lab undertakes projects aiming to produce innovative artistic and theoretical research.
