As the Fall 2025 examination period approaches to an end, we would like to remind you of the steps you need to follow in order to register to the Spring 2026 semester and enrol to your new classes.

Important Dates

• Course registration period: February 02–06, 2026

• First day of classes: Monday, February 9, 2026
Do not forget to always refer to the Academic Calendar for all the important dates of the semester.

Step 1 – Activate your Spring 2026 Semester

Before enrolling in courses, you must:

- Settle any outstanding balance (if applicable).
- Prepay the first installment of your Spring 2026 tuition fees according to your payment plan.

Step 2 - Meet your academic advisor & register for courses

• Consultations with Academic Advisors for course registration: Monday, February 2 – Friday, February 6, 2026.
• Check your Advisor’s details via Extranet Student Portal → Status.
• Follow your Department’s Academic Advisor Registration Schedule below:

Step 3 – Confirm your registered courses

• Log in to the Extranet Student Portal.
• Accept your courses and access your timetable.

During the final examination period, from 19 to 31 January 2026, Peer Tutoring services will be offered to provide academic support to students.

The final exams for the Fall Semester 2025 for distance learning programs will take place from January 20th to January 28th, 2026.

Important Reminder:
Only students who have completed the identification process through the Extranet portal by Friday, December 12th, 2025, are eligible to participate in the final exams.
Students who have already completed the process in a previous semester do not need to repeat it.
