For our students in Limassol:
Meet us at the Bar 'Η Γωνιά', on Wednesday, 11th of October at 20:00. DJ Panayiotis Panayiotou will be playing the hottest tunes. Papa John's Pizza will be there too.

Calling all students to register to an online event where you can get tips, learn about resources and get ready for the next steps in your career!
The online event will take place on Wednesday 25th October, 2023 at 11am CET (12am local time).
“Kick-start Your Career!” will provide students with advice, support and resources for standing out in the employer selection process, as well as help students develop skills and confidence when seeking internship, placement or full time employment.
The event welcomes all EU-CONEXUS students, from udergraduate programs of study or minor degree candidates to PhD students.

We are happy to announce that EU-CONEXUS, the European University Alliance where Frederick University is a full member, is giving students the opportunity to unlock their potential and get financing of their project idea with the amount of 5000 euros.
EU-CONEXUS is seeking two types of proposals:
- Projects aiming at disseminating Smart Urban Coastal Sustainability (SmUCS) topics, research results, and good practice in sustainable management of urban coastal areas to the general public and stakeholders
Topic suggestions: Excursions to coastal companies/authorities like ports, Workshops on how to transport goods in a sustainable way, Workshop on How to find the balance between global and local, Poster contest about named topics with vernissage/event, Lecture or discussion etc. Different perspectives on climate change in coastal areas, Workshop on how to eat and buy in sustainable way…
- Projects aiming at strengthening EU-CONEXUS students community such as collaboration between student organisations, volunteering, projects in peer support, projects that promote equal opportunities, inclusiveness and gender equality among students and all other types of projects that promote collaboration between students of partner institutions
Topics suggestions: Short-time student exchanges, Art festival, Video contest between universities-best initiative for climate neutral university, Traditional cooking workshops with at least one dish for each partner, Traditional sports and games, History projects, tracing the common stories between countries, Sport competitions ‘EU-CONEXUS Games’…
All students and students associations within the EU-CONEXUS alliance can apply for this Call. In order for the project to be acceptable, the project team must consist of students from minimum three EU-CONEXUS Universities.
A project proposal must be submitted. All activities foreseen by a single project have to be finished within maximum one year.

Την Πέμπτη, 28 Σεπτεμβρίου, η ώρα 09:00, θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο Πανεπιστήμιο σε Λευκωσία και Λεμεσό, η Μέρα Υποδοχής και Ενημέρωσης Προπτυχιακών Νεοεισερχόμενων Φοιτητών/τριών, και η εγγραφή των νεοεισερχόμενων φοιτητών/τριων σε μαθήματα για το Χειμερινό Εξάμηνο 2023.
Παρακαλώ όπως διαβάσετε εδώ με προσοχή σημαντικές πληροφορίες που αφορούν στη συμμετοχή σας στη Μέρα Υποδοχής.
Τα μαθήματα του Χειμερινού εξαμήνου 2023 ξεκινούν τη Δευτέρα, 2 Οκτωβρίου. Δες εδώ το ακαδημαϊκό ημερολόγιο του έτους 2023-24 και ενημερώσου για τις σημαντικές ημερομηνίες του εξαμήνου.
Επίσης, βρες εδώ τον οδηγό που θα σε βοηθήσει να προετοιμαστείς για την έναρξη των σπουδών σου, καθώς περιλαμβάνει όλα τα βήματα και όσα χρειάζεσαι να γνωρίζεις για την έναρξη των μαθημάτων.

On Thursday, September 28 at 09:00 the University will hold the Orientation Day for newcoming students, at both the Nicosia and Limassol Campuses, during which you will have the opportunity to meet with academic members of your Department and register for your Fall 2023 courses.
