Educational Leadership Training Program for teachers
With a focus on school leadership and sustainability, the program equips participants to plan initiatives that promote environmentally responsible practices and social responsibility within school communities.
The Frederick University Training and Examination Center (EKEK) and the Research and Innovation in Learning and Leadership (RILL) Research Group offer a free specialised training program in Educational Leadership for teachers at all educational levels. Offered as part of the distance-learning Master's program in Educational Administration and Leadership, the program is also open to prospective and current school principals, education administrators, university students and anyone interested in educational leadership.
The program supports professionals seeking leadership positions and those wishing to enhance their everyday professional practice, focusing on the challenges and demands of contemporary school environments. Its aim is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of school leadership challenges and tools, empowering educators and education professionals to lead with professionalism, strategic vision and a people-centred approach.
Program Duration and Delivery Method
The six-month program follows a blended learning approach, combining synchronous and asynchronous learning. It includes 10 online webinars, scheduled approximately every two weeks to allow participants time to explore and apply the topics covered. Webinar attendance is optional, but the sessions provide opportunities for interaction and direct engagement. All webinars are recorded for participants who wish to watch them at a later time.
Participants also have access to a digital platform containing extensive educational resources, take part in online discussion forums and complete short exercises designed to strengthen their practical understanding of the program's topics.
