After successfully organizing STEM Day in Nicosia last May, Frederick University gave the opportunity to girls aged 9-12 in Limassol to spend a day dedicated to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) on November 19.

Frederick University honors the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and Girls (November 25) by organizing activities designed to raise awareness of the issue both within the University community and beyond.

The development of new technologies to monitor and conserve biodiversity is the main goal of BIOMON, a research project funded by the EU HORIZON – ERA Fellowships program and coordinated by Frederick University.

Secondary Education students are given the opportunity to transform their school into a Sustainable Green Building and/or transform an existing area of their city into a smart and sustainable one by participating in the “Think Smart, Create Green” contest.
