Three online training workshops will be offered during the following dates to help you prepare for the online examinations of the Spring Semester 2024.

Two training workshops will be offered in the Greek language and one in the English language.

You will have the opportunity to participate in one of the three workshops depending on your availability:

Greek Language Workshops:
• Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 17:00 - For registration in the workshop, click here.
• Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 17:00 - For registration in the workshop, click here.

English Language Workshop:
Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 17:00 - Zoom link, click here.

In case you are unable to attend the workshops in real time, these will be recorded for you to watch later. The recorded workshops will be posted in the course "FINAL EXAMS GUIDES" on the LMS, click here.

During the workshops, instructions will be given on how to install the Safe Exam Browser (SEB), as well as information regarding the online examination process. Subsequently, you will be able to ask questions and request clarifications. The participation of students taking the online exams for the first time is mandatory.

To access the online exams, you need to have installed the latest version of the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) software on your computer. You can install SEB by clicking here and try it out on the mock exam available on the LMS platform, click here and scroll down.

An online invigilation will be conducted via Zoom during the online exam. A prerequisite for participating in the online exam is to connect to the exam invigilation (Zoom) using a different device other than the computer you are using to access the exam. The second device chosen must have a camera. You can install Zoom on your mobile device here.

Important Reminder: Only students who complete the identification procedure in Extranet by May 10th, can participate in the examination. Students who have already completed the process during previous semesters do not need to repeat the process.
